The SleepRight Slim Comfort night-guard is designed specifically for sufferers of teeth grinding and bruxism who have sensitive gums and/or a small mouth.
Like all the SleepRight night-guards, the Slim Comfort is designed to keep your upper and lower teeth apart to prevent premature tooth wear and noise from teeth grinding. The bite plates on the night guard are slowly ground down during bruxism episodes rather than grinding the teeth. Many sufferers also report that headaches and facial pain is reduced when using such a nightguard.

Comfortable support
After a painticularly painful episode of tooth nerve sensitivity caused by nighttime grinding I belatedly decided to bite the bullet, so to speak, on a dental guard. Pleased with the purchase, the guard fitted my mouth without adjustment and I got used to it after a couple of days.

I admit to being a compulsive 'Clencher' quite addicted really not only in my sleep but I do it at work as well, in fact any time day or night, with the occasional morning locked jaw thrown in. A little more acceptable in price than my dentist was offering (although his was custom made but couldn't guarantee it would work or how long it would last). On the smallest setting the fit seems quite good and has not left me with any sore areas; although the initial excessive flow and I'm talking gushings, of salavia was a bit of a shock takes some getting used to. Also, at first, I was concentrating too much on how to hold it in my mouth, the trick is to relax and it soon finds, sits and mould itself into position quite simply on it's own.Needless to say, after over a weeks nightly use I now sleep much better and wake with no neck pain, headaches, earache and greatly reduced jaw tension, only fellow sufferers will recognise what I am talking about and know just how much pain it causes.I have been a victim of Bruxism for well over 2 years and have already lost two teeth from this curse of 'The Clenching'. Although not a cure, I would recommend this guard to anyone as an aid to help reduce symptons, it worked for me. Even during the day now my jaw seems to have been re-educated into relaxing and feels more aliigned. So go for it, you have nothing to lose except pain.

The SleepRight Slim Comfort Night-Guard seems to work to prevent teeth clenching and grinding while I sleep. My morning headaches are gone and jaw muscles much less tense. Occasionally, though, it does slip out of place and I am using the correct setting. I do think the price is double what it should be for a mass-manufactured appliance, but I accept development costs may have been high.

happy customer
Much less expensive than what the dentist was asking me to buy and it does the job. It took me a while though to get used to sleeping with it and my boyfriend is not too keen on the look but it's worth it :)

AT LAST!
At the age of 54 my new dentist mentioned the condition Bruxism to me and sent me home with a comprehensive leaflet. For me it was an eureka moment as I finally learned what was causing my constant intense tooth pain and how I needed to address to prevent further damage to the lower teeth on one side of my jaw. I decided to explore alternatives before I had to invest in a very expensive personalised dental guard and read several positive reviews before choosing the SleepRight Slim Night Guard. After 3 weeks of using it I find I am without tooth pain and have only displaced it in my sleep a couple of times. I haven't yet shown the guard to my dentist for her to assess the condition of my teeth, but I certainly feel the guard has done wonders to resolve such a longstanding and nagging problem, and recommend it as a first and much less expensive option to anyone with similar conditions.

I have been grinding my teeth night and day for years and my dentist suggested a very expensive custom-made night guard which I could not afford. The SleepRight Slim Comfort Night-Guard took some getting used to as I have a very extreme gag reflex but after a few evenings trying it out for a few hours I managed a whole night and now can put the guard in without problems. My jaw pain is almost gone and my tinitus seems reduced. Thank you

Migraine help
Having traced jaw clenching as a possible trigger for persistent migraine, I bought the slim fit Sleep Right to separate my teeth during the night. It does appear to be giving me a noticeable amount of relief; I've gone without migraine for over a month now, so I shall gratefully continue to use it. It is definitely worth considering if you suffer migraine and find you wake with a stiff neck and jaw. My only concern is with the lifespan of the product. As my dentist has agreed, I have a very strong bite and this was showing on the bite plates well within a month. Perhaps the Dura Comfort would last better, but the slim design of this one is as much as I want to fit in my mouth. I will buy another when this one fails. The relief is well worth the price, considering the amount of money it's saving me on massage sessions. Be prepared to drool on your pillow and smile in the morning!

Great Product!
I have spent a lot of money on dental guards from the dentist - but no more will I do that! This dental guard is a perfect solution because it costs quite a bit less and the design is comfortable - and stands up to my terrible teeth grinding habit. I have also been told that I don't snore as much.

I haven't broken any teeth since I started sleeping with this in but every time I sleep without it I still do: some sort of muscle spasm rather than teeth grinding. I have been using it for over 6 months now but still find I grip it very tightly with my teeth unless I concentrate - not that easy to keep clean and fresh either: it can be quite uncomfortable and i often worry about whether i am wearing it correctly and it seems to stick out into my cheeks quite prominently

During a particularly stressful period I found that I was waking up with a painful jaw, a stiff neck and a headache from clenching my teeth whilst sleeping. I tried herbal relaxation remedies but nothing was effective for long enough to get me through the night. I thought a mouth guard of some sort might be the answer and so searched the internet. I found the Sleepright Dental Guard and the low profile version looked as if it might do the job and so I ordered it. It felt a little strange the first few nights but not uncomfortable, I soon got used to it and it certainly did the trick, by preventing my teeth from closing tightly together I soon learned to relax my jaw and after a few weeks I was waking without discomfort and feeling more refreshed. At the moment my stress levels are at a manageable level and I do not need to wear a guard but will have no hesitation in re-ordering should the need arise again. The only downside is that the guard will become hard and brittle after a while and will need to be replaced on a regular basis.
