SleepRight Dura Comfort Night-Guard

SleepRight Dura Comfort Night-Guard

The SleepRight Dura Comfort night-guard is designed with sufferers of severe bruxism and teeth grinding in mind, and so is more durable and stable than the standard Secure Comfort night-guard.

The improved design of the bite-pads, frontal band and stability wing of the Dura Comfort make this a stronger, more comfortable night guard for sufferers of severe bruxism and teeth grinding than the Secure Comfort night-guard.

Like all the SleepRight night-guards, the Dura Comfort is designed to keep your upper and lower teeth apart to prevent premature tooth wear and noise from teeth grinding. The bite plates on the nightguard are slowly ground down during bruxism episodes rather than grinding the teeth. Many sufferers also report that headaches and facial pain is reduced when using such a night-guard.

The wider frontal band is anatomically designed with an inner bridge to prevent the strap from sliding, the bendable hinges reduce pressure points and the stability wing is more flexible allowing the wings to move with your mouth for increased comfort.

The bite-pads on this night-guard are made from a higher quality material than those of the Secure Comfort night-guard making it less likely for bruxism sufferers to bite through the material.

  • Easy to fit in seconds
  • No boiling required
  • Adjustable technology designed to fit all sizes
  • Comfortable and not bulky

Review: Sleepright Dura Comfort Guard I have had complaints from wife that I've grinder my teeth for years, never thought anything of it, dentist said there was no wear at all! Was surfing one day and saw this site, I identified with the systems straight away! On receiving product was surprised how "small" it was! Was a little "fiddly to adjust but managed to adjust for my big mouth lol! I looked like a boxer ready for that" ding, ding! It felt strange to close my lips but keep "teeth apart"! Have been told I don't grind anymore, so in my opinion worth every penny, especially considering I never knew this was quite a widespread condition!

Review: Review Title I have had the SleepRight Dura Comfort Night-Guard for a month and have found it excellent. I had some initional problems in adjusting it for comfort but it is now fine. I used to wake up with a headache most mornings but since using this product I am pleased to say this has not happend.

Review: sleepright dura comfort night-guard I have used night guards for years for bruxism. Dentists seem reluctant to prescribe hard acrylic ones and I bite through soft ones in 5 months which is expensive. I find this one comfortable and will find out if it is durable. I didn't receive any instructions, don't know if that is normal. It was delivered the next day and I found it easy to adjust the size.

Review: Great product I have been clenching/grinding my front teeth for years without realising, then a dentist suggested a ridiculously overpriced guard that i turned down in favour of this. It is actually more robust anyway and has made my jaw, neck and shoulder muscles feel relaxed in the morning instead of tense day in day out.It takes a few days to get used to - but then it is plain sailing and on the odd occasion I have forgotten to put it in my clenching seems better as well. - well worth it.

Review: SleepRight Dura Comfort Night-Guard Have been using SleepRight Dura Comfort Night-Guard now for about 2 weeks and already feel the difference it does. No more jaw pain and also am not grinding my teeth as much during the day as when wearing SleepRight Dura Comfort Night-Guard in the night the teeth can't touch or grind anymore so I am less inclined to do that also during the day. I had been wearing another night-guard which had been made by my dentist for the last 3 years (which cost me £300) but that one did not prevent theeth from touching but only protected teeth from grinding on each other. I think the SleepRight Dura Comfort Night-Guard is better as you actually stop grinding the teeth altogether and it's also cheaper than the ones sold at dentists. I would recommened this one, it takes a few nights to get used to it but once you do you will feel the benefits.

Review: Review Title I have been using mouth-guards made by my dentist for the past 20 years. For several months I have had terrible headaches and neck pain. I bought this mouth-guard a month ago and even after the first night I could feel the difference. No more headaches and pain and my jaw feels more relaxed during the day when I am not using it. I never thought it would be superior to my dentists mouth-guard. I will only buy this one in future. It is money well invested.

Review: If you found this site you need this guard Its fantastic, I tried the cheap ones as well as the dentists ones, this is way better than both, you can still move your jaw and cheeks, breathe fine but no grinding, no dull pain in the mornings either. ££ wise - hey , put a £ note value on your teeth, well recommended.

Review: Review Title This is a great product. I couldn't sleep with the one my dentist made for 200 euros, but it's easy with this one. Should have done this a long time ago.

Review: SleepRight Dura Comfort Night-Guard After 2 nights I felt like a new person. The pain in my face, head and neck has gone completely. There are days when I know I've had a hard night clenching and grinding, but still there is no pain. I have not had to take painkillers since I started wearing the device. This combined with Cranial Sacral Osteopathic treatment have really sorted me. I am cross with myself that I didn't do this a long time ago!

Review: Ingenious product To be honest, at first I found this quite uncomfortable and didn't sleep well for about a week. Then I got used to it and am very grateful because it works really well. I cant believe Ive been grinding my teeth for 40 years and I never knew. All the jaw pain and neck pain has stopped now, so if this one ever wears out, I will be buying another.

Review: SleepRight Dura Comfort Night-Guard I have extremely bad bruxism. I ground the tops my bottom teeth down to the dentine, and the backs of my top teeth were also severely damaged. After I had the teeth capped, within a short while, I had to have the two from top caps replaced beacuse I had ground away the backs. I've had two very expensive guards made and fitted, but both were very uncomfortable, and chafed my gums. The second one I bit through within a couple of months. I bought my first SleepRight guard in November 2007, and have just received my second (October 2009). I am VERY pleased with them!

Review: Better than what dentists give you I was intrigued by approach and philosophy behind the SleepRight Dental Guard because it made sense to try to train our teeth and jaws not to grind. I've had it for a number of months now and although I didn't follow instructions to start wearing it an hour before sleeping - I still feel that my teeth grinding has been reduced considerably when using this guard. I feel much better in the morning than I did when I was using the night guard prescribed by my dentist. If I don't wear it I still grind my teeth. I feel that it would be beneficial to follow instructions and in addition look into ways to reduce tension and stress in the jaw.

I am happy with this product and I would recommend it over night guards they sell in shops or those made by dentists.

Review: Initially when I started using Sleep Right it was very uncomfortable and my jaw was very painful for about a week. Since then things have settled down and I am able to have a peaceful nights sleep. I no longer wake up with a headache from grinding!!

Review: Finally something to sleep with I have pretty bad bruxism and am down to my dentine on most of my front teeth. I had a very expensive guard made my by dentist but gave up wearing it as I was unable to sleep. The Sleep right guard is an amazing solution. It feels so comfortable. In fact I can't feel it at all once it is in and it hasn't disturbed my sleep at all.

Review: Really pleased with the night guard. I needed a guard which kept my front teeth apart as I was night grinding and ruining my crowns. I just wish I had known about it years ago.

Review: I was grinding my teeth every night and tried a guard provided by the dentist which pulled back on my teeth and did not stop the grinding, but within a couple of months its fantasic I only need to use it now when I feel stressed and know I am going to grind my teeth.

Review: Can't live without it although it has become discoloured and rather soft although thankfully I can't bite through it. If I forget to put it in I wake up with a sore jaw and sore teeth. For me it's a godsend.
