How long will it take to arrive?
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Increased media coverage of snoring, public holidays, etc may occasionally lead to a small delay in processing your order. If you do not receive your order after 7 working days, please contact us.

How will it be delivered?
All orders for the UK will be delivered by Royal Mail (your postman). Please be aware that the majority of the packages we dispatch will not fit through a standard letter box.
Express courier delivery will be made by City Link or TNT and will require a signature.
